a sweet escape
lovely location helpful reception clean room
The location was lovely, i could easily reach many places. mr youssef at reception, he was so helpful and kind. the cleaning staff always kept my room very tidy and clean. breakfast had many choices. I really enjoyed it.
the pool was a little cold, i wish it was heated so i could swim easily. i think it would improve everyone's experience.

helpful staff great location friendly service
I really loved the location. it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially oumaima and youssef! the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor was fantastic. She took care of our laundry and even brought us mats for the sunbeds on the roof terrace.
The pool was on the smaller side. i enjoyed the area.

The location is really well located, you can walk to the jardin majorelle! it also is a walking distance to most places i needed. i really enjoyed being so central to the city's main attractions. I loved it.

the breakfast selection includes pastries. they had warm baguettes too! tasty black olives are available every morning. i enjoyed the variety and quality, especially those olives!

There is a nice pool. the rooms have air conditioning that always works. i definitely appreciated the availability of air conditioning, especially on hotter days. The shower was amazing. i loved the pool!

small pool stained towels
The pool looked inviting in pictures , but it was quite small. There were not enough lounge chairs available. Room cleaning seemed minimal , and one day , the towels provided even had blood stains on them.

Our room was very clean i loved the pool. It was beautiful. everything about this place was beautiful and well-kept i found.
The breakfast had limited options. It was the same every day sadly. the room was quite noisy overnight. I was woken up by people screaming two nights.

key attractions super clean room friendly staff working air conditioning
The hotel's location proved very convenient. I could easily walk to many key attractions. The cleaning lady named Zahra did an excellent job. My room was always super clean. I found the reception staff to be particularly friendly and helpful with my questions. the air conditioning in the room worked very well.
The breakfast selection could use a little more variety, it didn't change much .
